I know a bunch of my Agents actually read this stuff on here and I wanted to take a second to give them kudos for a job well done. Even though we probably have the worst Real Estate market in the country or at least one of them (Brevard County Florida), my 20 active Agents wrote 35 contracts this past month. It's an office record for our company. On Monday we get to celebrate as I take our entire staff and Agetns out for Pizza, Bowling and Beer!
If you haven't figured it out yet, being successful in a slow market has as much to do about attitude and leadership as it does about anything else. Our Agents are awesome. Even though some of them are struggling, they always come to the office with a smile on their face and a willingness to help anybody, whether customer or another agent, at any time.
Great job! I'm proud of you guys! Keep on smiling!

Thanks Everyone! I do have a great team and I really only have a few criteria when I hire Agents. They have to be honest, ethical, work ethic and have great personalities. Between our 100MPH Marketing system and software and training programs I can help any Agent become successful. I call our system the McDonalds of Real Estate. It's a solid system!
Recruiting Agents isn't a problem. I get about 3-5 calls per week from Agents that want to work at our office. My Suntree office is full right now and since I haven't lost any Agents since we opened in 2005, I don't anticipate having anymore room. I do have another office that I own a portion of and they use our 100MPH system too. They wrote $6.1 Milliion last month which is awesome too!

Just curious, what was the average price as a total compared to those properties in 2006. I am sure some of them are repeats.
It's a big difference from last year prices. Last year our average sale was $234,900 and this year we are at $170,000 per sale. Luckly we are on track to sell more homes than last year!

To all who are reading this blog. Do what ever it takes to get involved with 100MPH Marketing. Im Tropical Realty of Suntree's newest agent and I cant tell you enough how awesome the system is and how motivated I am working with Mitch. I know innovation when I see it, I was a RE/MAX agent for 1.5 years and a Keller Williams agent for 1 year. Both great companies, but neither offered anything revolutionary. The system is like having a clone version of yourself, communicating with buyers and sending them listings of homes that meet their needs, 24/7! Then finally when I call the client, my clone has already broken the ice a developed a relationship with them. All I do is fine tune their search and set up appointments to show homes or become their one and only real estate professional over the net, until they are ready to buy/sell.
