100MPH Marketing Software and System will be available to Florida Brokers in two weeks!

Hi Everyone!

I am finally about ready to release our 100MPH Marketing Software.  If you have been reading about the 100MPH system, you know that our Realty Team, now Real Estate Brokerage has been using the manual system for converting Internet leads to customers for life for 6 years now.  It's been a great ride and we continue to grow even in this down market.

Our software has made a huge difference in helping us manage our system.  Even though the 100MPH Marketing System has been extremely successful for my Agents and myself, it was very time consuming and a lot of work.  Automating this process was very expensive and took me over 2 years to develop.  However, it was worth the wait.

This program is only available to Brokers and Teams and at this time only in Florida.  We will be releasing it nationwide in the next few months. If you are an Agent, please pass this along to your Broker or Owner.

The software includes:

1.  An IDX Search tool with the ability to create as many landing pages as you would like. We recommend that you make a separate page for every city in your service area.  By knowing where your leads come from will help in your conversion.

2.  A Contact Manager that is extremely easy to use

3.  A Reminder system so you will never forget to contact a customer.  The biggest mistake I see Agents doing with Internet leads is not having a long term phone contact program.  This system reminds you when to call everyone by sending you an email every morning with who you need to call!

4.  Automated listings updates for your customer to receive as new listings come available.

5.  Already built drip email campaigns.  We have already tested what works.  When you get the system it is already set up and ready to go.  Unlike other drip systems out there, our systems have been tested and proven in our office to be very effective.  We have several different groups that all receive different campaigns.  For instance, if your lead is in the No Phone number group, it would get a drip designed around developing an online relationship as well as getting them to give you their phone number or to call you.  If our lead is in the sold group, it will get emails to help you stay in touch with your closed customers for 3 years or more!  If your lead was a rental, it helps convert them to a sale next year when their lease is up.  And so on.  Of course we can always help you design your own campaign if you would like but these are proven to work!

6.  The ability to have a mortgage partner and have leads sent to them automatically as well as their ability to use the system to convert the lead to a mortgage customer.  We have worked out a marketing agreement with our lender and they pay me $2500 a month for our leads.  It's a nice extra check and it covers 25% of my offices Internet Marketing budget.  I like that!

There are many other features which I can show you during a demo.  We are giving our eHomes Realty Network members first shot at the software.  We had to delay the opening of eHomes Realty Network for a month to find a better forum service which we have done.  Both companies are currently going to be in soft launch and are at discounted prices for the very short term.  If you would like to learn more, just email me at mitch@mitchraelty.com.  You can check out the sites at:

www.100MPHMarketing.com and www.eHomesRealtyNetowrk.com

Both sites are still being worked on and finished.  We are currently finishing the 100MPH site which will be done over the next week or so.  The eHomes Realty site on the front end is done.  We have finished most of the backend tools for our members to use and become successful.  You can view the eHomes features at: http://www.ehomesrealtynetwork.com/index.cfm/Benefits_of_Membership and take advantage of my free website evaluation at: http://www.ehomesrealtynetwork.com/index.cfm/Free_Website_Evaluation

I look forwarding helping you get your Internet Program running at 100MPH!
