Follow Up - Floor Calls - The Most Wasted Lead Generation Tool in America!

I wanted to mention another floor call like opportunity.  At our office we also have a feature on our front desk computer called Bold Chat.  Bold Chat is a live chat tool that allows your visitors to your site to contact you instantly.  Our staff has sold many homes through this excellent feature. 

It's very easy to use.  Simply place the button on your website and visitors to your site will contact you through this Instand Messenger tool.  Once a customer contacts you, just follow the directions on the last post as it was a phone call.  These are very easy to convert to customers for life!

This sounds like a great tool.  what happens, if you are not sitting at your computer?  do they go on to the next Realtor?

It's really only good if you are sitting at the computer.  Most companies have a floor desk where the Agent on duty sits.  That's where we have our floor set up with Live Chat, Our MLS and our database name checker to make sure nobody calling in is already one of our Agents customers. 

It's easy to know someone is contacting you...the computer rings like a telephone call!

I have heard about this, but never tried it.  Will check it out.  Can this be programmed to go to an individual or specific agent only?

It's just a simple code that you paste in your site.  I'm not a tech guy and I did it.  Most people think because of my Network and my 100MPH Marketing Software and Systems that I'm a tech guy.  No, I'm just a marketing guy that understands how to use the power of the Internet and more to generate sales for my Brokerage!

Hey Mark!  I hear ya about working to much.  Between Tropical Realty, my real estate brokerage, 100MPH Marketing Softare, my CRM Software company launching in 30 days and The eHomes Realty Network, my education company, I don't get any sleep.  However, my wife is pretty used to it even if she doesn't approve.  With that said, I have a half a day or work tomorrow and a tee time at 1pm.  Who needs more than 4 hours of sleep anyways!

Depending on the specific software, you can turn the button "On" or "Off" during certain hours.  If you can't do that, just label the button with the days/times when the Chat will have an agent present.

This is a great tool when you've trained your agents how to properly respond (like Mitch has).

Tim - Yes, the softare we use, Bold Chat, can be turned off and on by simply logging on and off.  It's a very easy to use tool that probably will result in 10 sales or more this year.  Most of my Agents have had at least one sale from it. 

This is just one of the great systems we teach at The eHomes Realty Network.  Just think if this and a few other things I teach can help you result in an extra 12, 15, 18 sales per year...how would that affect your bottom line.  By the time I'm done, we will have built the  largest exclusive Team in America!
