As we continue to grow our Internet program at Tropical Realty, we are in the process of developing an Affliate Marketing program to create a win/win situation for our affiliates and ourselves. The program is simple. Place our IDX search page on your site and have a link saying "Are you thinking of buying a vacation or reolocating to Florida? Click here to search for homes."
Each affiliate has it's own landing page so we can track each lead that comes from your site. Also, you will receive a copy of each lead and have the ability to contact that lead with regard to getting the listing. With more than 50% of our buyers in Brevard County Florida, The Space Coast, this is a great way to generate referral fees (25% per sale) and listings. Like I said, it's a win/win situation.

What a great idea...which affiliates have you found the most interested in this? Your lenders, insurance company or ??? Let me know...I think this is worth giving it a shot!
This is a good idea. Not sure how we might d this with our IDX provider, but its a great idea. Did you have a special programmer do this for you?

I think a few of you didn't quite understand what I was talking about. I'm not interested in contacting our boards affiliates, because I can't pay referral fees to non realtors.
My goal is to work with other brokerages around the country and the world to help send leads to our system. If any of these leads become a sale, we pay a referral fee.
