Did Einsten also know realtors?

Einstein once said 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.'

What a great statement that is so true with so many Realtors that I meet or talk to on the phone.  I believe this says it all don't you?  I learned a long time ago that if you aren't successful doing what you are doing, then change what you are doing!  You would think that is a no brainer, but so many Agents continue to be mediocre in their business because they choose or don't know how to change what they are doing.

It is very true, if you are doing the normal bad marketing such as print or are not getting sales from your website, then you NEED to change what you are doing.  One of the reasons I started The eHomes Realty Network was to offer Realtors who need a little help in growing or developing their business.  My office in Mlelbourne Florida have had over 200 sales so far this year in a market that is probably the worst in the country.  We are number 1 in buyer transactions for the second year running!  How do we continue to grow in this market?  We simply follow all our training that we provide to our Agents of The eHomes Realty Network.  We use the Networks training on all aspects of real estate and we use our 100MPH Marketing System to continuet to dominate the Internet in the area.

Hi Mitch,

I've found that some agents continue over and over to do those things that do not work simply because no one has offered to show them a different way.  It's good that you're stepping up to do just that.
