Are you afraid.....continued

Hi Everyone!

Last night I wrote a blog asking if you were afraid: Are you afraid to grow your business.  One of my Agents read it and we had a good conversation about fear and how it has held her back from success.  She has done well with our marketing system from The eHomes Realty Network, our 100MPH Marketing system.  However, she is doing about half the sales of some of my other Agents.  So when she came to me, she looked a little distraught.  She said that this email was a lot stronger than she has heard me talk.  I told her if she came in the office more she would see more!  What she said she learned from it was that the fear inside of her about failing has held her back tremendously.  She realized that she has been blaming everybody and everything for her lack of success this year.  She has only had 6 sales this year where most of my Agents are over 15 and some of my Agents are over 20 sales so far.

Because of her fear she has not really worked hard.  We determined that she has really only worked 3 hours a day at the most.  Because she didn't want to fail, especially in an office where most Agents are successful...instead she stayed away from the office and sort of just faded away from the successful to blame the world on her problems.  She figured if she did totally bad, like almost every Agent in the county, it wouldn't be her fault.  She also figured that if she really did try and fail in our system, she would feel even worse about herself.

With all this said, she has commited to me to really start working hard.  She is determined to be successful in Real Estate and in our system. I'm excited for her and will support her as I do all my Agents.  I know she will succeed if she can keep her mindset strong.  I will let you know how she makes out over the next couple of weeks.

Keep supporting her with encouragement but she has to be responsible for her own success.  Now that she knows the problem, she should be able to work to find the solution.

Take care.

Looks good! Very useful, good stuff. Good resources here. Thanks much!. I am from Ireland and too poorly know English, please tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Cash advance loans provide people some extra short term cash in between paychecks without having to lay themselves open to revolving debt." Thanks for the help :-), Malik.
